AIoT – Artificial Intelligence of Things

AIoT (“Artificial Intelligence of Things”) is a new term that refers to a revolutionary technological trend that emerged from the combination of IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence). These technologies are undoubtedly two of the most present in the world today and their implementation is revolutionizing all sectors, in what is beginning to be called the fifth industrial revolution or Industry 5.0 [1]. Now, its combination through the development of the AIoT concept, is presented as one of the most revolutionary technological paradigms in our history.

But what is AIoT really about? Before answering this question, it is necessary to carry out a definition of both IoT and AI.
